I have experience helping people in a variety of different areas, but am especially passionate about supporting those with anxiety, depression, shame, grief, self-esteem, codependency, perfectionism, adult caregivers, medical personnel, and evangelical deconstruction. Together, we will create a safe place that's designed for you.
I use holistic and evidence-based approaches. I incorporate techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), & Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to ease symptoms and promote growth.
